Yes Position Overview We are seeking experienced ABA Tutors / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide school-based behavioral support at an Elementary School. This role supports students with disabilities who demonstrate significant behavioral and developmental needs. The ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and comfortable providing hands-on behavioral and daily living support in a structured educational environment. Key Responsibilities Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to support students in areas such as: Social skills Communication Reading and math Play skills Personal self-care and daily living skills Deliver 1:1 and small-group behavioral support in classroom, school, community, and occasional home-based settings Implement educational and behavioral programs designed by BCBAs and special educators Collect, maintain, and graph behavioral and treatment data Maintain 100% visual supervision of assigned students and follow all bolting and lost child protocols with full fidelity Support students who may exhibit challenging and/or aggressive behaviors, including but not limited to biting, hitting, pinching, or self-injurious behaviors (e.g., head banging, skin picking) Provide hands-on assistance with toileting and self-care as needed Use positive reinforcement strategies and appropriate interventions to reduce interfering behaviors Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and collaborate with supervising BCBAs to adjust strategies as needed Participate in morning or afternoon home or extended school-year services, if required
Qualifications Minimum Experience:
Previous ABA experience required RBT certification preferred but not required (depending on experience) Ability to remain calm, professional, and supportive in high-need behavioral situations Strong communication and documentation skills Physical ability to support students with daily living needs
Minimum Requirements:
