As a Beacon Financial Advisor, you'll manage a defined book of clients, deliver high‑quality advice using standardized workflows, and contribute to Savant's growth through exceptional service and thoughtful relationship development. This position supports a Westwood, MA-based advisory team serving clients from a legacy firm formerly known as Heritage and requires the advisor to be local to the area or willing to relocate. Deliver Elite Advice at Scale Own a defined "clear book" of Beacon clients and provide financial advice using templated, tech‑enabled workflows Deliver consistent, high‑quality guidance tailored to each client's needs Balance efficiency with personal connection to create an excellent client experience Client Experience & Relationship Management Prepare and present planning concepts and portfolio updates clearly and concisely Document meetings, execute follow‑ups promptly, and maintain proactive client touchpoints Anticipate client needs and contribute to strong client satisfaction and retention Partner with a Centralized Support Team Collaborate closely with Beacon Client Service Associates and operations partners Coordinate reviews, updates, trading requests, and service tickets through standardized processes Help ensure a smooth, consistent client experience across all interactions Growth & Business Development Grow wallet share and earn referrals through exceptional service Participate in new relationship development aligned with the Beacon model Hold referral conversations with the goal of generating new client relationships at Savant Collaboration & Process Excellence Partner with teammates to continuously improve templates, playbooks, and service standards Support thoughtful transitions into or out of Beacon as client complexity changes Maintain continuity, trust, and professionalism during client handoffs Technology & Innovation Use advisory AI tools to improve efficiency and meeting quality Leverage intelligent note‑taking, AI‑driven insights, and data tools to support better decisions Teamwork & Professional Standards Communicate clearly and collaborate across the Beacon team Step in to support teammates when needed Uphold Savant's investment philosophy, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements What Great Looks Like in This Role Clients trust you and rely on you as their advisor You're well‑prepared for meetings and proactive in anticipating client needs Client tasks are completed accurately, quickly, and with a strong sense of urgency You understand and consistently follow Savant's client processes and best practices You're engaged, curious, and motivated to grow as a financial advisor

High satisfaction/NPS, accurate and timely deliverables, adherence to service standards
Retention & Scale:
Strong retention of assigned clients while managing a higher‑volume, lower‑complexity book efficiently
Growth Contributions:
Referrals and new revenue appropriate to the Beacon model Qualifications What We're Looking For 2-5 years of experience in a financial advisory or advisory support role, with demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and develop financial plans Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred CFP® certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within two years of hire) Strong financial planning and wealth management acumen with sound judgment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and financial planning/investment tools Client‑first mindset with excellent communication and listening skills Collaborative, team‑oriented approach with the ability to work effectively across functions Comfortable working in a remote environment Curious, growth‑minded, and aligned with Savant's Core Values Why Join Us? The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $75,000 and this role qualifies for the Beacon Financial Advisor Incentive plan which will be discussed during the interview process.
