Tax Accountant

Staff Accountant Job Summary Lee, Yee, & Company is a complete "wealth care" practice founded by CPAs located in Westwood, MA. Our CPA Firm is a full-service public accounting firm currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and enthusiastic professional to provide tax services for our diversified base of small business clients and to be part of a growing firm in a friendly, team oriented environment. General Accountabilities Prepares federal, state, or local tax returns for individuals, business establishments, or other organizations; Advises client management regarding effects of business activities on taxes, and on strategies for minimizing tax liability; Ensures that the organization complies to taxing authority requirements; Represents organization before taxing associations; Provides tax advice; Building and maintaining client relationships; The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Job Qualifications Education:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field;

Experience:

Appropriate certifications with 1-3 years of related experience; Strong organizational and communication skills required; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Peachtree and Ultra Tax preferred but not required.
