Roles & Duties:

Support In-Person Instruction with small groups of students in a 4-1 ratio or less Grow student's academic abilities and confidence from beginning to end of programs. Learn and use math teaching strategies Communicate regularly with the leadership teaching team and administrators Ideal Candidate A history of coursework in STEM or education Experience teaching or tutoring children using Pedagogy Flexible, hard-working, proactive, dependable, creative, and enjoys learning Strong oral and written communication Open to working with students grades K-12

Contract Important Note:

All tutors begin at a training rate of $16/hr for virtual duties. Only in-person duties will be compensated at $35-$50/hr per session.
