We're looking for an exceptional, warm, patient person to work one-on-one with children ages 3 to 6 in 30-minute reading sessions, part of our after-school program. No teaching degree required, full training on our curriculum is provided. This is a great fit for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children and wants meaningful part-time work with a set, predictable schedule. Candidates living in or near Crofton are ideal, easy commute, consistent availability. What you'll do: guide young learners through short, structured reading sessions using our proven curriculum, track progress, and help each child build confidence. What we're looking for: someone who holds themselves to a high standard in everything they do, reliable, patient, comfortable with kids ages 3 to 6, comfortable following a structured program. Prior childcare or classroom experience a plus but not required.
