Job Description

Academic Tutor (Reading & Math) - Career Path to RBT (Paid Training) House Springs, MO $18.00 - $28.00 per hour Part-time or Full-time Monday to Friday Day shift (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM) No nights or weekends Flexible scheduling available for the right candidate Looking for a job where you actually enjoy coming to work? Experiential Learning is a ABA supported microschool serving children ages 3-13, built around the idea that learning should be engaging, interactive, and empowering.
Our mission is simple:
"An interactive educational setting where children feel empowered to exceed their potential." We're looking for positive, energetic people to join our team as Academic Tutors in reading and math. You'll work closely with a small group of students (4-10) in a fun, supportive, and highly collaborative environment. This isn't just a tutoring job—it's a place to grow. We provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , giving you a real pathway into careers in education, ABA, or therapy. What makes this job different? You'll get paid training toward a professional certification You'll be in an environment that is fun, active, and team-driven What you'll be doing: Working 1:1 and in small groups to support reading and math skills Helping students build confidence, independence, and a love of learning Collaborating with teammates to support each student's growth Keeping simple progress notes and participating in team discussions Creating a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment This role is a great fit if you: Love working with kids Enjoy being part of a team (we collaborate a lot!) Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Ability to be active throughout the day (sitting, standing, moving, lifting up to 50 lbs)

$18.00 - $28.00 per hour
