College Lift tutors will provide targeted instructional support both in the context of after-school tutoring and in fulfillment of personalized academic success plans. Tutors will also function to facilitate logistics at their prescribed instructional sites.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

High school diploma Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable providing academic and socio-emotional support to middle school and high school learners. Organized and reliable with the ability to follow directions and program guidelines. Availability to work Monday through Thursday during and/or after school.

Preferred Qualifications Preferred:

Bachelors/associates degree or current enrollment/college coursework in education, math, science, science or a related field. Background supporting first-generation, low-income, or English learner students.
