Math & Reading Tutors (AmeriCorps) - Multiple Locations in ND Make a Difference in a Child's Life - Become a Tutor Today! North Dakota Math Corps & Reading Corps are seeking dedicated tutors to support Kindergarten through 8th-grade students in developing essential reading and math skills. Positions are available across North Dakota, including Bismarck, Fargo, Jamestown, and West Fargo .What You'll Do:
Math Corps Tutors support students in small groups (pairs) , working with K-3rd or 4th-8th graders. Reading Corps Tutors work one-on-one with Kindergarten-3rd grade students in 20-minute sessions following a set daily schedule. All training and materials are provided—no prior teaching experience required!Position Details:
Commitment:
September-May (full school year), Monday-Friday, during school hours.Schedule Options:
Reduced Half-Time:
4.5 hours/day → $1200/month stipend + $1,956 education awardHalf-Time:
5.5 hours/day → $1,600/month stipend + $3,697 education awardAmeriCorps Benefits:
