's curriculum and educational philosophy. This role focuses on fostering a positive learning environment and supporting student academic growth and development. Responsibilities Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians. Maintain accurate student records and documentation. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and enriching learning environment. Communicate effectively with Center Director about student progress and any concerns. Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices. Adhere to C2 Educational System Inc.'s policies and procedures, upholding the organization's standards of excellence. Perform other duties as assigned, relevant to position and needs of the students

m. Position Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher required. AP-level knowledge in one or more subjects (English, Humanities, Math, and Science) is preferred. Score at the 95th percentile on our diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT test. Highly skilled, motivated, versatile, dependable, and dynamic individuals with strong communication skills. Strong classroom management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Minimum of two years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area. Friendly, patient, and sensitive to the needs of a diverse student population. Proficiency in using educational technology and software. Ability to tutor in-person.
