What We Offer Competitive hourly pay of $20 per hour Flexible part-time scheduling Paid training—we'll teach you the Mathnasium Method Fun, positive, and supportive work environment Opportunities for advancement and leadership development across multiple centers The opportunity to make a lasting impact on students and families What You'll Do As an Advanced Math Instructor, you will: Teach students using the Mathnasium Method™ Create a welcoming, engaging, and encouraging learning environment Help students build confidence and improve their math skills Support students working in advanced mathematics, including high school coursework Communicate student progress with Center Leadership Assist with center operations and daily learning activities Build positive relationships with students, families, and fellow team members What We're Looking For We're looking for candidates who are: Passionate about helping students succeed Friendly, energetic, and dependable Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills Comfortable working with students of various ages Team-oriented with a positive attitude Qualifications Strong proficiency in: Algebra I & II Geometry Pre-Calculus Calculus Statistics High school diploma or GED required Some college coursework in mathematics or a related field preferred Experience working with children is preferred Ability to connect with both students and parents Additional Requirement Candidates must successfully complete an advanced math proficiency assessment during the in-person interview process. Schedule This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling.
