Requirements:

4-year Bachelor's degree Certification/license (required to work with students grades K-10th) Take a portion of the Math/Science of English/Reading section of the ACT if applying for the Exam Prep tutoring positions (no teaching cert required) Minimum of 10 hours of availability a week (including a couple hours on weekend day) All sessions done from the center Responsibilities Provide individualized tutoring sessions either 1:1 or 1:4 ratios Implement engaging curriculum materials that incorporate learning to adapt to the classroom Managing dynamics effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment. Work with students of varying ages, including children and adults, to enhance their educational experience.
