October-May Compensation A stipend of $3000 will be provided through applicable Federal Funds (Title I). ( Account #: 20-231-200-100-000-012) Position Summary The Community Tutoring Program Coordinator is employed by the Phillipsburg School District and coordinates the district's Community Tutoring Program in partnership with the Firth Youth Center and Catholic Charities. The Coordinator oversees the implementation of the program and serves as the primary liaison between the district and community partners. Essential Responsibilities Coordinate the daily implementation of the Community Tutoring Program. Coordinate and support Community Tutoring Staff Teachers. Develop tutor schedules and assignments. Track and maintain student attendance records. Coordinate instructional materials and required program documentation. Schedule and facilitate monthly meetings with community partners. Serve as the district liaison with the Firth Youth Center and Catholic Charities. Collaborate with school personnel and community partners to support student achievement. Ensure compliance with district policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid New Jersey Teaching Certificate required. Leadership or program coordination experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
