BCIT is seeking a dedicated Hourly Career Major Tutor in the area of Career Majors . The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (required), with some college coursework preferred, and relevant vocational certification or work experience. This individual must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and a passion for supporting student success in hands-on, career-focused education. Qualifications High school diploma (required) Some college credits (preferred) Vocational certificate and/or relevant training or work experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to support students individually and in small groups Key Responsibilities Collaborate with assigned instructors to support student learning Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring to reinforce course content and practical skills Salary No to exceed 29.5 hours per week
