Experienced Grade K-12 Tutors Needed in Henderson/Las Vegas Position Overview We are seeking dedicated and experienced tutors capable of taking an academic coaching approach to join our team in providing high-quality instruction in Math/Science, English Language Arts (ELA), and Test Prep (SAT/ACT Testing). We are looking for tutors who can align with our focus on not only subject mastery but also the development of study skills, learning habits, and independent learning strategies. This includes guiding students who need to strengthen foundational skills as well as those seeking advanced challenges beyond traditional coursework. Our ideal tutors are adaptable, student-centered, and committed to fostering both academic achievement and lifelong learning habits.

Available Positions:

Math Tutors (Grade K-12): Elementary Math, Algebra, Pre-Calculus, AP Calculus

AB/BC, SAT/ACT

Math/Science & English/Reading ELA and Writing Tutors (Up to Grade 12) Science Tutors (Grade 7-12):

Biology, Chemistry, Physics Spanish Tutor Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience in the relevant subject area Degree or current major in Math, Science, Education, or related fields preferred Resume and professional references required (submit via email) Completion of a 30-minute demo lesson for all candidates Successful completion of a subject-specific proficiency test for applicable positions

Compensation:

$16 to $25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Weekdays:

2 PM - 7

PM Saturdays:

10 AM - 5

PM Sunday:

Part-time In-person only (No fully remote positions; online sessions may be combined with in-person sessions)
