About Us:

Queens Community Center is committed to supporting students and families in our community by providing quality educational and recreational programs. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to assist with tutoring and coordinating after-school programs. This role requires flexibility and a passion for working with students.

Job Description:

As an English Tutor, you will provide tutoring in English, and plan and coordinate other tutoring programs. You'll create teaching materials for students and communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff. This role requires flexibility and commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic assistance and tutoring to students in elementary through junior high levels. Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for students. Communicate with parents, students, and staff effectively Be available for flexible scheduling.

Qualifications:

Education :

Minimum - Currently enrolled as a college student or above

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in keeping track of students

Commitment :

Must be available for flexible scheduling

Preferred :

Bilingual candidates (Arabic, English, and/or French)
