Huntington Learning Center in Eastchester is seeking a reliable, engaging math tutor to help K-12 students build skills and confidence. We provide a structured curriculum and training, so no lesson planning is required.

Schedule requirements:

Weekend availability is required Available for weekday shifts beginning at 4:00 PM during the school year What you'll do: You'll work with students in small group instruction (1:1 or 4:1) Teach math using pre-planned lessons and structured curriculum (training provided) Help students strengthen foundational skills and work through areas they find difficult Keep students motivated and engaged while encouraging their progress.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required Experience working with elementary, middle, or high school students Strong math skills and a patient, supportive teaching style Ability to tutor reading is a plus Teaching certification or Special Education experience is preferred Reliable transportation to our Eastchester, NY center

Compensation:

$20-$25 per hour $20/hr starting rate $25/hr for Special Education certified instructors .
