Job Description

The BFA in Communication Design Print Tutor supports Communication Design students in growing their skills in the use of software such as InDesign; print productions setup and basic bookbinding (saddle-stitch and perfect binding) support. This position is open to Communication Design Juniors, Seniors and MPS Communication Design students.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The CD Print Tutor are responsible for providing fellow students support in InDesign and other digital platforms as needed Support students in print productions setup and basic bookbinding (saddle-stitch and perfect binding)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Be a BFA Communication Design Junior or Seniors, or MPS Communication Design student Knowledge of InDesign and similar software
WORK MODE
On-Campus Position - Employees in this position are expected to work on-campus during regularly scheduled work hours due to the nature of the work being that which is not feasible, or not in the best interest of the organization, to be performed remotely. #
LI-DNI Hourly Rate:
$29.20/hr. Hires into this position are expected to work 6 hrs a week. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement between SENS-UAW, Local 7902 and the University.
