Job Description

Help students build skills, confidence, and a love of learning! Huntington Learning Center of Yorktown is looking for a Part-Time Reading Tutor to join our team! This position is part of our Skill-based Program , where you'll work with students in grades K-8 to strengthen essential academic skills in a supportive, engaging environment. What You'll Do Work with students in Kindergarten through 8th grade Help students strengthen reading comprehension, writing, and foundational math skills Provide instruction in a 1:1 or small-group (up to 4:1) setting Follow Huntington's established curriculum and individualized student plans Build positive relationships with students and help them gain confidence in their skills No lesson plans to write and no homework to grade! Monday-Thursday:
2:00-8:30
PM Friday:
2:00-8:00
PM Saturday-Sunday:
9:00 AM-5:00
PM Minimum:
10 hours/week
Maximum:
