Job Description
Provide peer tutoring and support to undergraduate students in the Certified Financial Planning (CFP) program as they work toward completing the eMoney certification. Assist students in understanding eMoney concepts, navigating certification requirements, and applying financial planning principles. Career Readiness Competencies Maintain a positive, growth-oriented mindset when facing challenges. Use appropriate grammar, punctuation, and formatting in written work. Analyze problems and propose practical solutions. Communicate clearly and effectively with undergraduate students in the CFP program Provide guidance and support to students pursuing the eMoney certification Assist students with understanding and applying eMoney software and concepts Answer questions related to certification content and coursework within the tutor's area of competency Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment BGSU senior or MBA candidate with a focus on Finance Has completed the eMoney certification Has completed a minimum of 4 BGSU CFP courses Has competency in TVM calculations, Retirement Planning, Risk Management and Income Taxation
