High School Job Description Peer Tutor for Title IV Student Support Services - Part-time position Redlands Community College is seeking qualified applicants to apply for the position of Peer Tutor for the Title IV Student Support Services (SSS) Grant. This is a part-time student position working up to 20 hours per week for a federally-funded grant program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide tutoring for
TRIO SSS
students and lead group study sessions. Participate in
TRIO SSS
workshops and cultural events. Work as an advocate for those they tutor when appropriate.
Qualifications include:
Ability to quickly establish rapport with students, staff, faculty, and
TRIO SSS
program staff. Have a college transcript that reflects previous academic success with a grade of "B" or better in any course for which tutoring will be provided. Be enrolled in at least six (6) credit hours at Redlands Community College. Preference will be given to 
TRIO SSS
students.
