Position :

High school student providing targeted tutoring for two hours, five days per week through December 18th.

Position Overview:

To perform small group tutoring, supervision duties, and behavior management in support of classroom teachers. Key Responsibilities and Job Functions Provide homework help and educational support to 2nd-6th grade students. Build strong, positive, and encouraging relationships with children. Assist staff in leading structured activities and maintaining a safe learning space. Serve as a reliable, positive role model every day. Actively monitor and supervise 2nd-6th graders on the playground if needed.

Qualifications & Expectations Dependability:

Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential (10 hours/week, 2 hours/day).

Relationship Builder:

Ability to connect with elementary students with patience, empathy, and positive reinforcement.

Future Focus:

Preferred interest in working with children, education, or related fields in the future.

Academic Skills:

Strong grasp of elementary reading, writing, and math fundamentals.
