Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate 1:1 all subjects Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a tutoring background in working with students of all ages. This role involves providing individualized support to students, helping them achieve their academic goals while fostering a positive learning environment. A successful Tutor will be able to communicate effectively with students, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. Duties Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs. Collaborate with classroom teachers to reinforce concepts taught in school. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance. Requirements Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff. Knowledge of curriculum development and the ability to create customized educational materials. Previous tutoring experience is highly desirable. A genuine passion for educating and supporting students in their academic journey. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
