The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience working with neurodivergent students.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide highly personalized academic interventions to help neurodivergent students. Assist students in setting and achieving academic and personal goals. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to create a cohesive plan for student success. Foster a positive, strengths-based approach that empowers students to advocate for their needs.
Qualifications:
Masters in education, psychology, special education, or a related field. 5 years of experience working with neurodivergent K-12 students. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
