We specialize in SAT, ACT, ISEE, GMAT, GRE, college admissions, and academic tutoring, and we're known for our top-tier instructors and personalized approach. Learn more at victorypreptutors.com. We're a small, close-knit team that moves fast. This is a hybrid role — part office manager, part inside sales — perfect for someone who's organized, warm on the phone, and motivated by the chance to earn more when they close new families. What You'll Do Sales & New Family Outreach (about 40% of your time) Respond quickly to inbound leads from our website, referrals, and marketing campaigns Run consultation calls with parents: understand their student's goals, recommend the right tutoring package, and close the sale Follow up with prospects who haven't committed yet — persistence pays here (literally) Track leads and pipeline in our CRM Reactivate past clients and ask happy families for referrals Administrative & Operations (about 60% of your time) Handle new-student onboarding: contracts, questionnaires, scheduling first sessions Coordinate instructor assignments and communicate with our tutoring team Manage instructor timesheets, payroll prep, and basic bookkeeping Process orders, refunds, and promo codes through our admin dashboard Keep our CRM and student records organized and up-to-date Support hiring: screening tutor applications, scheduling interviews What We're Looking For 1+ years of sales, customer service, or admin experience (sales or account management is a big plus) Confident, warm phone presence — you enjoy talking to parents and closing deals Strong written communication (you'll be emailing families all day) Comfort with computers: Google Workspace, spreadsheets, CRMs, web dashboards Self-starter who follows up relentlessly and doesn't let leads go cold Organized and detail-oriented — missed follow-ups = lost revenue
Bonus:

Pay:
