Job Summary:

We are seeking an engaging, reliable Early Childhood Tutor to provide personalized, in-home learning support for a Pre-K student in Elgin, TX (78621). This position is ideal for certified early childhood teachers, teaching assistants, or experienced private tutors seeking flexible, part-time hours tailored to their schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1-on-1 in-home instruction focused on kindergarten readiness, early literacy, basic math concepts, and fine motor skills. Adapt learning activities to match the student's developmental pace and interest. Provide brief session updates to parents on skill mastery and progress.

Qualifications:

Prior experience teaching or tutoring Pre-K, kindergarten, or early elementary students. Strong passion for early childhood education and interactive, hands-on learning. Reliable personal transportation to travel to student homes in Elgin, TX (78621). Must pass a background check prior to the start of the assignment.

$20.00 - $22.00/hour

Schedule:

Flexible part-time hours based on family/tutor agreement (typically 2 hours per week per student).
