Duties Develop and adapt curriculum materials tailored to individual student needs and learning goals Deliver live tutoring sessions using innovative learning technology tools to enhance engagement and comprehension Create interactive lesson plans that incorporate multimedia resources and educational software Provide clear, constructive feedback to students to support continuous improvement Manage virtual classroom environments effectively, ensuring a positive and respectful atmosphere Track student progress through assessments and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, or adult learners to update on progress and address concerns Requirements Proven experience in tutoring, teaching, or classroom management across diverse age groups Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning techniques Familiarity with learning technology platforms and digital educational tools Experience working with children, preschoolers, or in early childhood education settings is highly desirable Background in special education or experience supporting students with unique learning needs is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and connect with learners of all ages Embark on a rewarding journey where your teaching talents make a real difference!
