We are seeking reliable and committed educators to join our tutoring team in Michigan. Tutors will provide online instruction for 6 - 8th grade students in math online during the school day. This role is ideal for educators looking to create a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact on students who need targeted academic support. Responsibilities Build positive and supportive relationships with students and families. Deliver engaging, standard-aligned lessons in Math. Track student progress and provide regular updates to families and YTT staff. Collaborate with YTT staff and school personnel to support student success. Communicate promptly and professionally with YTT staff and clients. Qualifications Certified teacher in the state of Michigan or former/current private school teacher (retired educators and those in the process of certification are encouraged to apply). At least 1 year of professional teaching experience (required). Tutoring experience preferred (training provided). Passionate about education and comfortable working with diverse student populations. Able to use digital platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Slack to communicate with staff and clients.
