Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching strategies to maximize understanding. Support students with special education needs or those requiring additional accommodations by implementing instructional adaptability. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and confidence building. Maintain clear communication with students and parents or guardians regarding progress, challenges, and next steps.

Experience:

Experience in tutoring or teaching in classroom or one-on-one settings across multiple subjects such as math, science, English language arts, or test prep. Demonstrated ability to adapt instruction to various learning styles and educational needs. Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds and with special education requirements.
