This position offers excellent growth opportunities within the company, with the potential for part-time employment in the future. The role also provides a flexible work schedule, primarily after school hours, and offers competitive hourly pay on a contract basis. Duties

• Teach in a group setting employing Class 101's approved curriculum and using Class 101's tools and resources.
• Teach students in individual settings
• Instruct students on key test-taking techniques, such as time management, pacing, process of elimination, and educated guessing, tailored to both the SAT and ACT
• Proctor practice exams
• Use practice test results and diagnostic data to analyze student performance, identify trends, and provide personalized feedback. Adjust instruction based on individual student performance.
• Adapt lessons to accommodate different learning styles and individual needs. Offer targeted assistance to help students improve specific areas of weakness and enhance their strengths.
• Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment, promoting a growth mindset
• Set up class in Clear Choice platform Experience ACT/SAT prep tutoring experience is beneficial Experience working with students of varying backgrounds and learning abilities.

Excellent classroom management skills to create an effective learning atmosphere. Ability to present educational material clearly and engagingly to facilitate understanding. We encourage current college students with experience in SAT/ACT tutoring or those pursuing a career in high school teaching to apply.
