Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated SAT/ACT Test Prep Instructor to join our educational team! Duties Deliver engaging test preparation courses for the SAT and ACT exams, including curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to diverse student needs Provide personalized ACT and SAT preparation guidance, focusing on core areas such as Math, English, Writing Skills, and Test-Taking Strategies Utilize online tutoring platforms and educational technology tools to facilitate interactive lessons and track student progress effectively Support students in developing effective test-taking skills, time management strategies, and confidence-building techniques Manage classroom dynamics during in-person sessions or virtual environments while maintaining a positive learning atmosphere Assess student performance regularly through practice tests and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement Collaborate with parents, schools, or guardians to communicate student progress and recommend targeted study plans Qualifications Proven experience in ACT/SAT preparation tutoring or course instruction with high school students Strong knowledge of test content areas including Math, English, Writing Skills, and test strategies Experience working with high schoolers in both in-person and online tutoring settings using educational technology integration Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage teenagers effectively Demonstrated classroom management skills and lesson planning expertise for diverse learning styles Familiarity with online tutoring platforms and digital learning tools for remote instruction Prior experience in private tutoring or teaching high school students is highly desirable Exceptional communication skills with a focus on motivating students and fostering academic growth Join us to empower students on their journey toward college readiness!
