High School Algebra Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1-on-1 instruction in students' homes or local public libraries. Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student learning styles and needs. Track student progress and communicate regularly with parents.
Qualifications:
Previous tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience. Strong knowledge in
ONE OR MORE K-12
core subjects (e.g., High School Chemistry, Elementary Reading, Middle School Study Skills—you tutor only what you are comfortable and experienced with). Experience supporting students with learning accommodations (IEPs, 504s, ADD/ADHD, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, SpEd) is a strong plus. Current college student, degree holder, or certified educator. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to student homes or public libraries. Must pass a background check.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
