Are you an experienced math educator in tutoring for Advanced Placement (AP) and SAT Math courses? We are looking for a dedicated

Math Teacher who possesses both exceptional teaching skills and strong leadership abilities to join our team. You'll collaborate closely with each student to offer tailored tutoring sessions, complete with customized lesson plans aimed at improving their test-taking abilities, comprehension of the material, and overall academic self-assurance. As lead teachers, you'll oversee the coordination and organization of fellow educators in crafting lesson plans and developing personalized student curricula.

Responsibilities:

Deliver tutoring sessions to students gearing up for ACT, Digital SAT, and AP exams. Evaluate the unique learning requirements of each student and tailor instruction accordingly. Address essential concepts, methodologies, and test-taking approaches pertinent to coursework or exams. Offer constructive criticism and support to students, cultivating an encouraging and inspiring learning atmosphere. Track student advancement and adjust instructional approaches as necessary to achieve the best outcomes. Maintain clear communication with the center director regarding student progress and achievements. Organize and oversee fellow educators, ensuring cohesive lesson planning and effective student support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in math tutoring, with a strong understanding of various mathematical concepts and teaching methodologies. Leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of educators. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.
