We specialize in math and reading and providing excellent learning environment for all of our students Core Responsibilities (Both Math & English Tutors) Deliver individualized instruction using Eye Level's diagnostic assessment, curriculum, and step‑by‑step learning method. Guide students through self‑directed learning , ensuring they complete booklets accurately and independently before receiving coaching. Provide targeted coaching when students struggle, using Eye Level's coaching model (questioning, modeling, checking understanding). Maintain a calm, structured learning environment that supports focus, confidence, and consistent progress. Track student progress in the LMS, update mastery levels, and prepare materials for upcoming sessions. Communicate with parents during check‑in/check‑out with brief, professional updates on progress and behavior. Prepare learning materials (booklets, worksheets, stamps, feedback notes) before each class session. Support center operations by helping with student flow, class transitions, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Follow all Eye Level policies , including safety, attendance, professionalism, and communication standards. Math Tutor Responsibilities Teach foundational to advanced math concepts including numbers & operations, word problems, algebraic thinking, geometry, and critical thinking. Use Eye Level's small-step progression to help students master concepts before advancing. Identify learning gaps through workbook review and guide students with corrective instruction. Model problem‑solving strategies and encourage students to explain their reasoning. Monitor accuracy and speed to ensure students meet Eye Level's mastery expectations. Support higher-level students with algebra prep, multi-step word problems, and enrichment tasks. English Tutor Responsibilities Teach reading comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, and writing using Eye Level's structured curriculum. Guide students through reading passages , asking comprehension questions and checking understanding. Support writing development including sentence structure, organization, clarity, and mechanics. Provide feedback on written assignments using Eye Level's rubric and correction method. Help early learners with phonics, handwriting, and foundational literacy skills. Encourage independent reading habits and track progress through leveled booklets. Student Management & Center Support Greet students warmly , help them settle, and ensure they start with the correct materials. Manage time effectively so each student receives appropriate attention. Maintain classroom discipline using positive reinforcement and Eye Level behavior expectations. Support front desk operations when needed (check-in, organizing materials, light admin tasks). Assist with center events , assessments, and parent conferences as assigned. Professional Expectations Arrive prepared and on time , with all materials ready before class begins. Communicate professionally with students, parents, and staff. Participate in training sessions to stay aligned with Eye Level teaching standards. Protect student information and follow all privacy and safety protocols. Represent Inaizah LLC and Eye Level with professionalism, positivity, and consistency.
