Proficiency with learning technology platforms that support remote or hybrid tutoring sessions. Proven experience in tutoring or teaching children, adults, or students with special educational needs. Excellent classroom management skills that foster a respectful and productive learning environment. Experience working with children in early childhood or preschool settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of childcare principles combined with classroom experience to support young learners' social-emotional development. Ability to adapt instructional methods for students with diverse abilities, including those in special education programs.
