About Us:

Huntington Learning Center - Pearland provides K-12 tutoring and test prep to families in Pearland, Alvin, and Friendswood. We're looking for a tutor to help high school students build confidence and improve their grades. Responsibilities Tutor high school students one-on-one or in small groups in chemistry, physics, and maths Ability to tutor biology would be a plus but not required Support regular and AP-level coursework Explain concepts clearly and help students with homework and test prep Track student progress and communicate with center staff Requirements Strong knowledge of high school science and math (AP level preferred) Minimum Bachelor's degree in STEM field, masters preferred Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred Patient, reliable, and good at working with teenagers Availability on weekday afternoons/evenings; weekends a plusWhy Join Us Flexible part-time schedule Supportive team and ready-to-use teaching materials Meaningful work helping students succeed
