Schedule:
Approximately 04:30 pm - 07:30 pm; Mon - Fri Overview Our client is looking to hire a Private Tutor. They are looking to hire a passion for teaching and commitment to 6 and 8 years old student success will shine! In this role, you will provide personalized, engaging instruction tailored to each student's unique learning needs. Whether working with children, teenagers, or adult learners, you'll help unlock their full potential through innovative teaching strategies and expert guidance. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' academic journeys while honing your instructional skills in a flexible and supportive environment. Duties Develop customized lesson plans aligned with students' curriculum and learning goals across various subjects such as mathematics, science, English language arts, and more. Utilize diverse teaching methods and learning technologies to accommodate different learning styles and enhance understanding. Deliver engaging online instruction through virtual platforms, ensuring clear communication and active student participation. Assess students' progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adjusting instructional approaches accordingly. Foster a positive learning environment and encouraging student motivation. Collaborate with the parents to discuss student progress, challenges, and strategies for continued improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly in subjects like mathematics, science, or English language arts. Strong curriculum development skills with the ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual needs. Proficiency with learning technology tools and online instruction platforms. Excellent communication skills to clearly convey concepts and motivate learners of all ages. Ability to adapt instructional methods based on diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds. Experience working with children or students with special educational needs is highly desirable. Demonstrated classroom management skills combined with patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for education. Experience teaching at Intermediate & Elementary schools
Pay:
$24.31 - $29.28 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 - 15.0 per week
