We connect students with reliable, knowledgeable tutors who can provide personalized academic support in a comfortable one-on-one setting. We are currently looking for part-time tutors who enjoy working with students and want a flexible schedule that can fit around college, work, and other commitments. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one academic tutoring to elementary, middle, and/or high school students Explain concepts clearly and adapt instruction to each student's learning style Help students with homework, test preparation, and general academic improvement Communicate professionally with students and parents Arrive on time and prepared for each scheduled session Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional environment Qualifications Strong understanding of the subjects you tutor Good communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, punctual, and responsible Comfortable working independently with students Prior tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or childcare experience is a plus Current college students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply Schedule Part-time Flexible scheduling based on tutor and student availability Primarily weekday afternoon/evening and weekend sessions In-home tutoring throughout the Greater Houston area Compensation $20 per hour What We Offer Flexible scheduling Opportunity to work with students one-on-one Local tutoring assignments Experience that can strengthen communication, teaching, and leadership skills If you enjoy helping students succeed and are looking for a flexible part-time opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
