Who We're Looking For The Strategist - at least 1 year of test prep experience, strong at spotting test patterns, focused on efficient strategies. The High Scorer - excelled on standardized tests, loves the "game" of test-taking, enjoys problem-solving and helping others win. Must have at least 6 months of some form of teaching or tutoring experience for any subjects, sports, or activities. (You need to know you enjoy working with high-schoolers.)
