Job Description

MATHNASIUM OF SUGAR HOUSE

(Salt Lake City) Mathnasium is located right across from Sugar House Park. This position is in a physical location. Please complete our short online application at www.mathnasium.com/sugarhouse under our employment and careers tab to be considered. Our Math Instructors change lives every day! Instill confidence and math competence in 1st through 12th graders. Work as a team on our fun and fast-paced teaching floor. Receive paid training. Pay starts at $16 per hour. Opportunity to grow into a team lead or director, if desired. Choose to work as little as 6 hrs or up to 20 hrs/week. We are open weekday afternoons and Saturdays. We try hard to work around college class schedules.

Qualifications:

Must be currently enrolled in college or have earned a college degree (Exceptional high school juniors and seniors may also be considered. Pass our math literacy test without a calculator Passion for math Excellent interpersonal skills Exceptional math competency through Algebra II Must be available to work at least two afternoon shifts per week, including at least one Monday through Thursday shift from 3:30-7:00PM All applicants will be required to provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
