A weekly commitment of at least 10+ availabile teaching hours in our McLean office. Flexibility to work both weekday evenings and weekends. Compensation:

We start at $50 per hour for all sessions, and our most experienced, tenured instructors make over $100 per hour for sessions.

Training:

We provide comprehensive paid training, with multiple hours for each subject/content area, including shadowing fellow instructors and live sessions with students, mock teaching and instruction modeling with our leadership team, and meetings for session planning to ensure you feel supported and prepared.
