During the school year, we are open Monday through Friday after school from 4 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. In the summer, we are open Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm. Scheduling is flexible with required weekly consistency. You can choose how many hours you prefer to work and which days and times are best for you. You may also choose which subjects you will teach. We hire outstanding, knowledgeable, passionate tutors who desire to make a difference in the lives of their students and who are eager to pass on their love of learning.

Job Details:

Teach lessons in a one-on-one setting by developing your own curriculum to meet each student's needs. Teach English reading and writing (SAT/ACT English, ISEE/SSAT English, elementary and middle school, high school, advanced/honors english, ELL college essays and guidance, etc.) The ability to teach other subjects, such as history, science, or languages is a plus. Work will begin as soon as the candidate is able. Each lesson will typically be 90-minute lesson per student. Starting Pay is $24 per hour, with competitive compensation available for candidates with strong experience and advanced education. If interested, full-time work during the summer is possible. Education and Experience You will be tested within your subject area during the interview. We will only hire candidates who can demonstrate considerable ability in their subject areas.
