We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic referees to officiate youth flag football games held on Friday nights . Whether you're new to officiating or have prior experience, we welcome candidates who have a basic understanding of football and enjoy working with kids in a positive, team-oriented environment.

Season:

9/25- 11/20. Must be available all

Friday Nights Responsibilities:

Officiate youth flag football games fairly and consistently Enforce rules while promoting safety and sportsmanship Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and spectators Manage game flow and resolve on-field issues professionally Arrive on time and be prepared with proper attire and equipment

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of football rules (training available for beginners) Strong communication and decision-making skills Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure Dependable and punctual Experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:
