Ambrose Recreation & Park District…In person The National Academy of Athletics (NAofA) is hiring energetic, dependable staff members for a six-week recreational youth flag football league offered in partnership with Ambrose Recreation & Park District. This position focuses on Saturday league operations, player development & creating a positive experience for participants and families. This is not a full-service league-management position. Available Positions Game Day Staff Flag Football Coaches Sports Officials League Schedule Saturdays October 24-November 28, 2026 Six-week season Hours will vary based on the final game schedule Applicants must be available throughout the season Position Responsibilities Depending on the assigned role, responsibilities may include: Setting up & breaking down fields and equipment Leading organized practices, drills & skill-development activities Managing team check-in & game-day operations Officiating recreational flag football games Supporting volunteer coaches Communicating with players, parents & staff Promoting teamwork, sportsmanship & positive behavior Maintaining a safe, organized & welcoming environment NAofA will provide curriculum, practice plans, equipment & staff training.
