Pay:
34-39 USD per hour Provide administrative and timekeeping support to district office operations Perform high-volume data entry related to employee timekeeping and records Maintain accurate financial and payroll-related documentation Support daily office operations including scheduling, filing, and communications Answer phones, direct visitors, and coordinate internal/external meetings Assist with mail distribution, supply management, and general office logistics Contribute to special projects as assigned by management Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, and compliance Core Competencies / Skills Timekeeping & Payroll Data Entry Administrative Support & Office Coordination Data Entry Accuracy & Record Management Scheduling, Calendar & Meeting Coordination Financial Record Keeping & Basic Bookkeeping Communication & Stakeholder Support Document Processing (Filing, Faxing, Mail Distribution) Inventory & Supply Coordination MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Detail Orientation & Organizational Skills Key Highlights Supports district-level operations serving frontline employees, first responders, and technical teams High-volume data entry role with strong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness Opportunity for long-term conversion based on performance and budget Collaborative team environment with structured training from experienced staff Exposure to union and internal workforce coordination Qualifications Prior experience in timekeeping, data entry, bookkeeping, or administrative support Strong attention to detail with ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work onsite full-time in a structured environment High School Diploma required Open to candidates from various industries with relevant administrative experience Additional Details One round interview process with hiring manager and supervisor Equipment provided by manager Role is administrative in nature (not accounting/analyst-focused) Ideal candidate is highly reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with routine data entry work ...
