Pickleball Instructor Rec Technologies Torrance, CA Job Details Part-time $30 - $70 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Relationship building (classroom management strategies) Sports and outdoor activities Sports coaching class instruction Working with students Performing background checks Teaching Full Job Description We are looking for passionate and experienced pickleball instructors that want a new way to grow their coaching business and career! This position is part-time with flexible hours to fit your schedule. Rec provides a platform that takes care of all the logistics for instructors so they can focus on teaching and building relationships with their students.
The platform helps you:
find new students, host clinics, accept payments, automatically notify students of your upcoming availability and classes, and provide insurance coverage. Rec also reserves you court time on public courts through official partnerships with the Parks and Rec department. We also grant you official permission to teach at the city's public sports facilities! If you can provide a great teaching experience - we take care of the rest! Responsibilities Provide high quality pickleball instruction to learners of all skill levels Provide private lessons or group classes (up to you!) Qualifications Experience coaching pickleball Ability to manage groups of students and communicate effectively with students Strong playing ability (4.0+ rating) Must be 18 years of age or older Must pass a background check Nice to have qualifications (but not required!) A pickleball coaching certification
Pay:
We split revenue with instructors for all programming. We know that the success of lessons and classes depend on the instructor so you earn more the more successful the programming is!
Schedule:
