Department Field House Opening Date 08/05/2026 Closing Date 9/5/2026 5:00 PM Mountain Position Summary, Duties and Responsibilities We are committed to creating and sustaining a culture that balances competition and sportsmanship. All officials are supported, and management is focused on creating an environment based on respect and fun. Officials will consistently be trained and evaluated to improve their skillset. Our officials are the backbone of our operations and are treated as such. Manage games so that a busive play and/or conduct is avoided, this is not tolerated here at the Field House. Officiate four to ten games a week. Ability to communicate effectively, including speaking loudly, when necessary, in noisy or outdoor environments. Able to monitor participants, ensure safety, and respond to signals or emergencies.
Job Qualifications Minimum age:
15. Have a background in soccer. Be able to pass a written test in Apex Field House rules - we will set you up for success and train you! Must be available on weekends for assignment. Education and Experience Have a background in soccer. Work Environment Work may take place in both indoor and outdoor environments, with exposure to varying weather conditions including sun, heat, cold, snow, and humidity. Physical Activity(s): Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Requires adequate hearing to recognize and respond to sounds, signals, or distress in a variety of environments. Duties may require sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, bending, or stooping for extended periods of time. Ability to work most of the day on your feet, performing both active supervision and hands-on tasks.
