Job Description
Make Money While Staying Involved in Football! The Jeffco Youth Football Association (JYFA) is seeking dependable individuals to join our football officiating crew for the upcoming season. Whether you are an experienced official, former player, coach, parent, or simply someone who loves football, we provide the support and training necessary to be successful. Compensation Starting pay of $90 per game Opportunity to earn up to $115 per game through easily attainable goals Potential to earn $180-$460 per weekend Flexible Schedule Weeknight games are typically Fridays and limited to no more than two games. Weekend games are typically Saturdays and limited to no more than four games. Each game lasts approximately two hours. Work as many or as few games as your schedule allows. Responsibilities Enforce game rules and ensure fair play. Maintain player safety and sportsmanship. Communicate effectively with coaches, players, and fellow officials. Work professionally as part of an officiating crew. Qualifications Must be dependable and punctual. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Interest in football is preferred. Prior officiating experience is helpful but not required. Training and mentorship are provided.
