Job Description
The umpire oversees all aspects of the game and is responsible for calling balls, strikes, the bases and the rules outlined for the league. There is one umpire per game for the Town's recreation Youth Summer Baseball games. Pre-season training material is provided and will be reviewed prior to the start of the season. Umpires are responsible for completing accident/incident reports as needed, and notifying the Recreation Supervisor.
