General Statement of Duties Attends the volleyball games, providing directions to the different teams such as rules, court assignments, schedules, etc. Qualifications Must be a least 16 years of age, and possess some knowledge of volleyball and first aid. Job Description Must arrive at the gym at least 30 minutes before the games begin to set-up equipment, score sheets, and standings. Ensure that teams are playing by the rules that were set by the Recreation Division. Clarify the rules, and act as mediator during any disputes. Record all scores and wins and losses after each game. Provide any first aid, and fill out necessary accident reports as needed. If there is an injury or incident, the Volleyball Leader must report it to the Recreation Supervisor as soon as possible.
