Overview Join our dynamic team as a Children's Pickleball Instructor and ignite a passion for this fast-growing sport! In this energetic role, you will lead engaging pickleball classes, teach fundamental skills, and foster a fun, inclusive environment for players of all ages and skill levels. Joy Deco Enterprises is a contract vendor company that offers aftercare programs in elementary schools. This position requires reliable transportation to and from schools on a weekly basis. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your love of sports and physical activity with a vibrant community. Responsibilities Lead group pickleball lessons, ensuring clear instruction on rules, techniques, and strategies Develop customized training plans to help players improve their skills and confidence on the court Monitor safety protocols during activities, ensuring all participants follow proper behavior management practices Foster a positive, energetic atmosphere that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun Provide guidance on equipment use and court etiquette to enhance the overall experience Experience Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to work with children and manage behavior effectively in group settings Knowledge of various sports including basketball, cheerleading, or other team activities is a plus Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with students of diverse ages and backgrounds Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels others' enjoyment of pickleball!
